Coronavirus (COVID-19) Vaccine



At JPS, we are dedicated to providing flexibility in patient care and vaccinating our community against the COVID-19. Starting January 23, we are extending hours on Saturdays to 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the following locations:
  • Medical Home Northeast Tarrant
  • Medical Home Southeast Tarrant
  • Stop Six-Walter B. Barbour Health Center
  • Gertrude Tarpley-Watauga Health Center

All locations will run a COVID-19 vaccine clinic (excluding the Watauga Health Center) and will remain open until the last patient has completed post-vaccine monitoring.

JPS is making the COVID-19 vaccine available to JPS patients, JPS vendors, and employee family members living in the employee's household who meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • 65 years of age and older
  • 18 years of age and older with at least one chronic medical condition that puts them at risk for severe illness from the virus that causes COVID-19


You must have an appointment to receive the vaccine. Appointments can be scheduled two ways:
