Going to school is one of the most important things. It prepares them for life and affects their future. So. It’s important to keep kids healthy so they don’t miss classes.
JPS Health Network offers 19 school-based health centers in 13 school districts to help students get well and stay well. Open all year—even during the summer—the clinics offer school physicals, care for colds and flu, immunizations, and treatment for health problems like asthma, diabetes and obesity.
District students and their siblings (from birth to 22 years old) are welcome at any school-based health center location where a family member is enrolled. Don’t have insurance? JPS staff are ready to help connect children with available resources such as CHIP, Medicaid or JPS Connection.
